By granting this consent to the processing of personal data, you consent to TRNKL design, hereinafter referred to as "TRNKL design", "our", "us", "administrator", etc., processing your personal data according to the conditions listed below.
SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will process your personal data to the extent that you have provided them. This is mainly the name, surname, e‐mail, telephone number, residential address or business address, name of the organization or company. We will use your personal data to process the order and for the purpose of direct marketing and sending commercial communications in the sense of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society and analysis services and to personalize the offer of products and services you have subscribed to. Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Regulation
on personal data protection – Regulation of the European Parliament

Personal data is not aggregatedcollected by mere interaction with our pages, but are also generated by technical processes such as contact forms, cookies or analytics. The exact range is given below.

The withdrawal of consent also does not affect the processing of personal data that we process on the basis of another legal basis, for example the processing of an order.

RIGHT TO OBJECT
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if we process it for direct marketing purposes. The objection must be submitted directly to us via e-mail at the addressinfo@trnkl.cz. In the event that you object to processing for the purpose of direct marketing, we will not further process the personal data to this extent, unless we demonstrate serious legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests or rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. AT THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
At any time, you can file a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data or non-fulfillment of our obligations arising therefrom
from the GDPR to the supervisory authority. The supervisory authority in the Czech Republic is the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, with headquarters in Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.

to your personal data. In order to improve the quality of services
